City of Scottsboro Halloween Festivities

Scottsboro, AL (September 22, 2022)- The City of Scottsboro and Main Street Scottsboro will be holding all of their Halloween activities this year on Monday, October 31, 2022.

The schedule of City-sponsored events on Monday, October 31, 2022 is as follows:

• Scottsboro Parks and Recreation Halloween-Fall Festival: 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at the Scottsboro Rec*Com
• Halloween on the Square Trunk or Treat: 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. on the Square in Downtown Scottsboro

At the Rec*Com, the Scottsboro Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting a Halloween-Fall Festival with games and activities for children of all ages. If you have any questions about this event, please contact Donnie Wood or Pam Bradford at the Rec*Com at 256-259-0999.

In Downtown Scottsboro, Main Street Scottsboro will be hosting its annual Halloween on the Square event. This year, Halloween on the Square will be a Trunk or Treat only event with activities for children. Local businesses, civic organizations, and volunteer groups are encouraged to sign up to give out candy at this event. An online registration form to give out candy is posted on the Downtown Scottsboro Facebook page and the Scottsboro Trade Days Facebook page.
