Scottsboro Batting Cages

Scottsboro Parks and Recreation batting cages are open to the public, featuring 7 batting cages and 2 pitching cages this full use 11,000 square ft. facility is one of the departments newest additions.
Rules and Regulations
- Guests assume any and all risk when using the cages.
- Batters under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Helmets must be worn at all times in the batting cages.
- Only one batter and pitcher in the cage at a time.
- Batters must wear shoes but no cleats.
- No practice swinging is permitted outside the cages.
- No Horseplay.
- No hanging or pulling on the nets
- No Food, Drink, or Gum inside the batting cages or anywhere on the turf.
- No tobacco use is allowed in or near the facility.
- No persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol are allowed on the premises.
- Do not use when there is visible lightning or thunder has been heard.
- No hitting in the pitchers cage.
This facility is great for Scottsboro, please help us to keep it clean and in good shape. This will ensure that it remains open to public use.
